最惊艳的是烤猪五花,大小均匀的五花厚片经过腌制,带有一股酸甜口的酱香,不仅没掩盖猪肉的本味,还激发出了肥润不腻的清爽感。连不吃肥肉的我妈都表示“集美爱了!”

第一次吃的鹤岗烧烤——烤焰所,可以说是一家宝藏外卖了。我在这发现了不少其他北京烤串店少有的地道之选——猪鼻筋、牛腩筋、肥翅、牛胸口、牛鞭花、马步鱼……

一头猪只能出2条的猪鼻筋,据说是猪身上最金贵也最好吃的部位。口感像是松软细嫩版的板筋,脆弹十足却不塞牙,腌制的酱香浓郁,吃起来欲罢不能。

和猪鼻筋口感相似的牛腩筋,比常见的板筋更软烂,也更入味,咀嚼起来鲜香带感。

说是“香槟”,其实是不含酒精的碳酸饮料,清爽的甜味有点像是老冰棍,搭配烧烤相当解腻。
